Devino Partner Program

Devino Partner Program Terms

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms govern the Devino Partner Program, the referral and affiliate program that Devino products such as Postify run. By joining the program, sharing a referral link, or accepting a payout, you agree to them. "We", "us" and "Devino" mean Devino Solutions; "you" and "partner" mean the person or company enrolled in the program.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may join as an individual or on behalf of a company, and you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

One partner account per person or company. Employees and contractors of Devino, and anyone acting on their behalf, may not earn commissions on their own or their household's purchases.

You are responsible for your own taxes, and for any income reporting required where you live. We may ask for tax or identity information before releasing a payout, and we may withhold a payout until you provide it.

2. How referrals are tracked

When you join the program you get a personal referral link. The chain is: someone clicks your link, a cookie records the click on their device, they sign up for a Devino product, and later they start a paid subscription. Only that last step earns you money.

A referral is credited to you when the sign-up can be attributed to your click. Attribution depends on the visitor keeping the cookie: clearing cookies, switching browsers or devices, or using privacy tooling between the click and the sign-up can break the link, and an untracked sign-up earns nothing. If two partners referred the same customer, the most recent tracked click wins.

Your commission is 30% of the paid subscription revenue from customers you referred, calculated on the amount actually collected, excluding taxes, processing fees, discounts and credits. Free plans, trials that never convert, and internal or test accounts earn nothing. The commission rate, duration and any per-program variations are shown on your partner dashboard and take precedence over this paragraph if they differ.

3. Earnings and holds

Commissions accrue as soon as a referred payment is collected, and appear immediately in your dashboard as upcoming earnings. They do not become payable straight away.

Every commission sits in a holding period before it can be paid out. The hold starts at 120 days for new partners, because a card holder can dispute a charge for up to 120 days after it was made. As your account builds a track record, the hold shortens in steps, down to a minimum of 7 days. The hold that applies to you at any time is shown on your dashboard.

Trust is earned from account age, the number of distinct real customers you have referred, and a clean record of no refunds, disputes or fraud signals. Revenue alone does not shorten your hold. Any refund, chargeback or fraud event resets you to the 120-day hold. We may adjust the tiers, or move an individual partner between them, at our discretion.

The minimum payout is $50 USD. Cleared earnings below that threshold roll forward until the balance reaches it.

Payouts are made in USD through Stripe Connect. You only need to set up Stripe Connect when you want to withdraw: earnings accrue whether or not a payout account exists. Stripe's own onboarding, identity verification and payout timing rules apply, and we cannot pay you until Stripe clears your account. Any bank, currency conversion or transfer fees charged by your bank are yours.

4. Refunds, chargebacks and fraud

A commission is reversed when the sale behind it is refunded, disputed or charged back, or when we determine it was obtained in breach of these terms.

If the commission has not been paid out yet, it is simply cancelled. If it has already been paid out, the reversed amount is netted against your future earnings until it is recovered. If you never earn again, we may invoice you for the outstanding amount.

Self-referrals, referrals made to accounts you or your household control, bidding on Devino brand terms in paid advertising, coupon and voucher site abuse, and any pattern of disputed or fraudulent cards may result in an extended hold, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, suspension of payouts, or removal from the program.

We may place a partner account on hold while we investigate. If the investigation clears you, the hold is lifted and the commissions are restored.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • refer yourself, your own accounts, or accounts controlled by people in your household or company;
  • bid on Devino or product brand names, misspellings of them, or trademarked terms in paid search or other paid advertising;
  • use the referral link on coupon, voucher, cashback or deal sites without our written permission;
  • send unsolicited email, SMS or messages, or post referral links as spam on forums, comment sections, review sites or app stores;
  • claim to be Devino, an employee, an official reseller, or an official support channel, or register domains, social accounts or app listings that imply this;
  • misrepresent the product, its pricing, its capabilities, or make guarantees on our behalf;
  • generate clicks, sign-ups or purchases by automated, incentivised or deceptive means, including cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes and pop-unders;
  • use stolen, borrowed or otherwise unauthorised payment cards, or knowingly help anyone who does;
  • publish content that is illegal, hateful, adult, or that infringes anyone's rights, alongside your referral link.

You may use our name and logo to say you are a partner and to link to our products. You may not modify them or use them in any way that suggests we endorse you.

6. Changes to the program

We may change these terms, the commission rate, the holding periods, the minimum payout, or the products included in the program at any time. Material changes take effect for commissions earned after the date the updated terms are published on this page. Commissions already accrued keep the terms they were earned under, except where a change is needed to comply with the law or with a payment provider's rules.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page is how you tell which version is current. Continuing to share your referral link after a change means you accept it.

7. Termination

You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, by notifying you at the email on your partner account.

If you leave, or we terminate you without cause, cleared earnings already past their holding period are paid out on the next payout run, subject to the $50 minimum. Commissions still inside their holding period are paid when the hold expires, provided no reversal occurs in the meantime.

If we terminate you for fraud or for a breach of these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited and already-paid amounts tied to the breach may be reclaimed. Sections 4, 5 and this section survive termination.

The program is provided as is. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between you and Devino, and you have no authority to bind us.

8. Contact

Questions about the program, a commission, a hold, or a payout go to [email protected]. Please write from the email address on your partner account so we can find it.
